يمكن للمواطنين الكويتيين إصدار توكيل خاص أو عام بالسفارة.ومن الضروري أن يحضر الموكل شخصيًا إلى السفارة للتوقيع على التوكيل.المستندات المطلوبة:2- صورة من البطاقة المدنية للموكل إليه.1- نسخة من البطاقة المدنية للموكل.الرسوم : 200 رينجت ماليزي.

Kuwaiti citizens can issue a special power of attorney at the embassy.
It is necessary for the representative to appear in person at the embassy to sign the power of attorney.

1- A copy of the civil card of the client
2- A copy of the civil ID of the person assigned to him
